"Amazing hotel. Friendly stafff. Rooms are small but were were there to see Tokyo not stay in a room! Hotel is super easy access underground to Nagano station and in the center of it all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone heading to ski Japan. Great starting location and food choices around hotel are plenty"

"In the middle of it all, it’s a hostel type property but don’t let that discourage you. Lovely couple that welcome you and help you with whatever you need. Location is amazing with a short walk to the temple and to all eateries. Room is cozy, overall I loved the experience "
