"We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 different rooms (different reservations). Both rooms were clean and comfortable. First room’s AC was very noisy and while it did not bother us, it will be an issue if someone is light sleeper. Second room had newer AC unit so it was better. We checked in at night after 8.30 pm and the area was very quiet so can’t say about noise from outside. Harsh at front desk was friendly, polite and helpful . "We made a mistake with our booking and didn’t realize it until we were checking in. The guest service representative, Hanadi, was so sweet and helpful. She was able to help us with getting a larger room to accommodate our family. The hotel was very clean and they provided breakfast daily starting at 6am. We loved it here and will be staying here again in the future. "
