"I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that there was a free shuttle and a restaurant on the property. I called the hotel about the shuttle and they sent a Lyft car for us, which was billed to us. When we got to the hotel we found that there was no restaurant and there hadn't been for a long time. Expedia, update your listing, this is false advertising!"

"Cupertino Hotel is one of my go-to hotels whenever I come to the area. I had seen better days. Yes it is getting old and the breakfast isn’t as elaborate as it used to be. But let’s be fair…you can’t expect the same luxury at the same price when the cost of doing business has rapidly increased so much. And hotel guests contribute to a lot of wear and tear of the property. I appreciate the business owner’s efforts to keep the rates affordable while still trying to offer some nice things such...
