"Beautiful grounds with outside seating for very limited continental breakfast, bottled water filling station, daily maid service (if wanted). Parking was tight. Had nice Deli on site for extra food and beverages desired. Great sandwiches and other menu items like bagels, salads. Room was comfortable - sofa/bed was NOT comfortable for even sitting on for conversing or TV watching. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, patio was serene with beautiful plants/trees, stream, walking paths."

"This is my favorite hotel to stay whenever I come to San Jose for business. Location- close to corporate office and the airport. Very clean, very friendly, and very comfortable. "

"Overall, I am very please with my stay at Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco. A very quiet, safe, and secure place to be. I had no worries about my vehicle being vandalized ir broken into because of the area the hotel is located. Next trip to SF, I would definitely stay at this same hotel. "Lisa is such a sweetheart. She was able to check us in early and did everything she could to get us a garden room like How we booked. However due to circumstances we took the balcony room facing the pool. She made sure that our stay was beyond pleasant. On a separate occasion, I had booked by accident to check in the next day so she wrote in her notes to fully refund that reservation & helped us create a new reservation on the spot. With her help she checked us in that night & we were refunded for the wrong night that we had booked. Thank you for being the best! Treat Lisa kindly, we deserves the very best"
