This first floor apartment in the Delia Row Townhouse can easily accommodate the needs of four Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Great overall but...
Overall great experience. When a property is fantastic, the little 'misses' stick out more. This isnt a negative review, just little annoyances like half the lamps didnt have working lightbulbs and there was an embedded tobacco smell (like a lifelong smoker used to live there) that kind of dinged the experience.

Location, room and accessibility to Savannahs sites was perfect! Some observations. Be prepared to move your vehicle from street to street due street sweeping schedule. Be sure to read signs. Unit we stayed in had an issue with spiders and fruit flys. Glad we brought along our pesticide spray along. Fruit flys were emanating from the tub. And finally, hot/cold water from tub has worn cartridges and /or stems that are worn out and should be replaced. Difficult to balance hot/water for shower. Other than that, very enjoyable stay.

Great first experience
This was our first experience using VRBO. It was so easy picking the place. The whole process was so easy. I was a little worried when we got there would we be able to get in. No problem at all the hosts sent us email with all the necessary information. Location was great. Condo was spotless. I highly recommend them. Can’t wait for our next adventure!

My wife and I had a great time in Savanah. Our stay at this VRBO was awesome. The location was in a beautiful part of the historic district across from Forsythe Park and walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. Great coffee shops close by and a place to grab the bus tours close by also. Free parking right outside the door.

This great location met all our needs
Loved the apartment and the location. Tub/shower faucets were unwieldy, but everything else was perfectly comfortable. The space was large, very clean, and well-supplied. We enjoyed the beautiful park across the street and the coffee shop a short walk away. A short walk to the Kroger and even shorter to the free bus transport. We loved Savannah and felt very safe walking daily.

Fabulous and Charming Place to Stay!
This was a fabulous & charming place to stay while we were in Savannah for the week! The apartment has been so nicely renovated and keeps the charm of yesteryear with all the modern conveniences. All the touches are there from an extremely comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen to lovely furnishings and a wonderful movie selection. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very inviting. The large windows in front overlook beautiful Forsyth Park and the back door leads to a lovely outdoor sitting area loaded with pretty potted plants, tables & chairs. The apartment is within easy walking distance to most things in the downtown area of Savannah and free parking was easy to find on the side street. Just pay attention to the sign of when you need to move your car to the other side for the street sweeping that takes place overnight. We would definitely consider staying in this location the next time we visit Savannah. Everything was top notch!

The place exceeded our expectations. You thought if everything you could want or need. Love the decor! Even my hubby commented on it. The ONLY thing i would do is put some black out drapes in the window of the bedroom. When the lights come on for the park it really makes it hard to sleep. After a few nights we got used to it but boy the lights are bright. We will be back, as Savannah is a new favorite, especially across from Forsythe Park. What a treat.

Great Stay Across From Forsythe Park
We were very pleased with our stay at this rental. In reality, the space seems bigger than the photos, and the cleanliness surpassed my wife's strict standards. The check-in process was simple and there was plenty of street parking.

Perfect Savannah location
Great 1st floor location overlooking Forsyth Park and walkable to the entire city. Very safe with 2 key code locks to the apartment with a very narrow entrance from the hallway. Parking was challenging Wednesday night because of street sweeping, but didn't have any issues for the rest of the day, Weds-Saturday. King bed was very soft & comfy, sheets were a bit starchy/itchy. Bedroom doesn't get very dark at night because of streetlights and no curtains. If there are guests above, you can hear every step and muffled voices while they move about and come in and out of the house. Hot shower water didn't last too long, but had incredible pressure. Overall, a great trip and location - would stay again.

We stayed in March. Very nice location next to the largest park in town with a Saturday farmer's market, near the free bus stop and the historic trolley stop(paid). Nearby is a small natural type grocery store and coffeeshop. Apartment has some historic character which is nice. Bedroom is at front alongside street and no lightblocking shades- if you are a morning person and from the city and used to some city noise it will be fine. Back of the unit is an eat in kitchen and it is considerably colder in there--if you increase the heat to improve the kitchen, the bedroom gets too hot. I emailed Lucky Savanah about the issue during our stay and never heard back from them.....

Absolutely perfect
This rental is perfect! I am pretty OCD about cleanliness and this townhome was completely spotless when we checked in. It’s located in a beautiful area right on Forsyth Park with a gorgeous view of the park and it is everything and more than what is advertised! We had no problem finding parking right beside the home during our 5 day stay. I felt safe at this location coming at going at different times of the day. My family very much looks forward to doing business again very soon with this agency whether it’s this town house or any of their other properties. Lucky Savannah definitely has my future business and I highly recommend them.

1st time Savannah vacation
Renting this property was a breeze. There was constant communication via 1 phone call to verify information, then emails and texts for everything else. Location was perfect for us! We were not far from everything it seemed. Peaceful Parking was available on the side streets with no issues. Everything was clean and I loved the old feel of the apartment. Forsyth Park is directly across the street which is absolutely beautiful as well...always people walking, exercising or festivities going on. The hot water in shower did run out quickly so i learned to move quickly and not lolly gag in shower. Otherwise we enjoyed every second being there and plan to rent there again! Thanks a bunch for your assistance.
