"The dog barking was the icing on the cake of having a room that wasn’t stocked or totally clean. I knew the property was under construction so was expecting some untidy areas. However the noise level was a bit much as well as lack of housekeeping . Go Ding other peoples trash & clipped finger nails is so disgusting. I save to be be able to take my daughter to her out of town meets & I appreciate hotels & brands that value im spending my hard earned money with them "

"We arrived to the hotel room and the HVAC was off. The temperature in the room was 52°. Once we turned on the heat, it took one full day for the room to get to a comfort level. We had to sleep in our clothes and Under-covers we were traveling with. By the time we woke up the next day, the temperature had only gotten to 60°. Called the front desk. They said they don’t turn the heat on until the customer arrives. With this being winter and freezing outside, there was no way for that heating to...

"The place was great. Staff was excellent. My only complaint was the mattress was way to soft. After the 3rd night my back and neck were killing me. I would definitely invest in new mattresses especially room 107. Other than that it was ok. Also they closed the breakfast down to early. Stayed for 3 days and never got breakfast "
