"Great little place to relax. I recommend kicking back on the back patio with one of the many books available. Communication and instructions were clear with quick responses. Plenty of available street parking. Walking to the riverfront takes less than 30 minutes. The large grocery store is also a walk away. "We had a nice long weekend stay for a wedding at this property with just a few minor issues. The property itself is in a good location and is quite charming. Negatives for us were the fact that the parking card for the garage two blocks away didn’t work so we took our chances finding spots on the streets near our location. The other negative is the fact that the heating/cooling system is noisy and has a lever tube exhaust going out one of the front windows. It was never closed and sounds...

"Wonderful from the location to a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous to walk around see all the homes. Kroger’s grocery right around the corner. Able to walk to the parks and river street. Great find. Ohhhh and the porch we spent all our time there thank you"

"We absolutely loved our stay in the Garden Suite! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean! We loved being able to walk everywhere especially with our dog! The courtyard is beautiful and private and the dogs can run around outside without worry! The tables and chairs in the courtyard allow you to sit outdoors and relax!
