"The guy that checked us in was great! He was fast and efficient. He was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the extra space in our suite. It was great for my daughter to get ready for her competition. The breakfast was great to grab and go bc we had to leave so early each morning. However, we had 4 guests and that's what my booking said. However, we only had 3 towels and wash clothes and went to get extra. He seemed to not want to give us what we needed. Otherwise, they could use...

"We stayed for our anniversary and have stayed here several times, but the hotel is getting run down. Old shower, old light fixtures and blown light bulbs. The elevator was not working upon arrival, so we were out on the first floor. The desk clerk that checked us in did not tell me about checkout time, or what time breakfast was each morning like they normally do. It was a good stay, but the hotel seems to be going down in quality. "
