I was afforded early check in which was perfect and I am so thankful that the staff was intuitive enough not to add any stress to an already very stressful situation. The hotel is beautiful and I look forward to staying there again when I'm in the city."

"It was close to the subway and close to several restaurants. We enjoyed how large the room was. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. "

"We enjoyed our 5-night stay to see Broadway shows. Hotel is a few blocks from Grand Central Station, where there is a MTA shuttle train to Times Square. We also had the option to walk there. Room was comfortable, and we could not hear the occupants of adjacent rooms. Loved the complementary beverages from the bar; we carried them to our room a couple of nights. While the only breakfast option was a $45 buffet, there is a sandwich shop next door with fresh and hot foods and a decent latte. "

"Great property! Very clean! One thing that wasn't good is that online it shows valet parking is $70 per day but at check-in I was told $80 per day and then at check out I was charged $100 per day plus taxes and fees. When I questioned it, they said well it depends on the size of your vehicle. That was never mentioned."
