70 Park was everything that we were looking for in a boutique hotel. The location was so convenient and was just a short walk to grand central station, 5th Ave, Bryant Park and the list goes on. I would definitely recommend staying at 70 Park.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights here in early November when we flew in for a concert. The hotel is a short drive from Laguardia airport which was a nice start. The hotel is in a great location which enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to. Everything we did was within a half hour walk. The staff was also helpful when needed. This was our first trip to NYC and if we do go back we would definitely consider staying here again.

You just cannot beat the location. Close to Grand Central and in an exceptionally safe and clean part of Manhattan (personally I love the East Side). The service, particularly housekeeping, was excellent coming to tidy up everyday. Would book again in an instant.

Decent location and price, but the hotel is definitely showing its age. The water pressure is not good on the upper floors and our shower broke part way through our stay (the knob just fell right off). That said it was fixed very quickly. The rooms are also not sound proofed at all and you can early everything in the hall

Walkable to so many places. Got our steps in. So close to grand central, too. Bathroom is very small but typical new york. The employees are amazing and many have been there for decades which tells you the family they have with eachother. Always kind to guests. I'll be back.
