"The room was tiny but that was not a problem for me. I was in Manhattan to shop so I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The free wifi was fast and they had free coffee and water on the 27th floor. The coffee was delicious too. Perfect location for someone going to New York to shop. It is very close to the Grand Central terminal and the 5th Avenue shopping district. Macy’s is just one stop away on the train or a quick taxi ride away. Loved it, would go back."

"We enjoyed our 5-night stay to see Broadway shows. Hotel is a few blocks from Grand Central Station, where there is a MTA shuttle train to Times Square. We also had the option to walk there. Room was comfortable, and we could not hear the occupants of adjacent rooms. Loved the complementary beverages from the bar; we carried them to our room a couple of nights. While the only breakfast option was a $45 buffet, there is a sandwich shop next door with fresh and hot foods and a decent latte. "
