"The resort is beautiful, new, clean, and well staffed. The beach is beautiful, plenty of places to eat, drink, swim, etc. The amenities for the kids are great - the club and the in-restaurant play rooms are amazing, but don't feel that secure. The staff is very friendly but not as warm as some other resorts until you tip them or speak some Spanish with them. The negatives: food is ok. Typical all-inclusive quality but nothing more. Service is very slow and inconsistent, even if it is friendly....
