"My fiance and I just returned from our one week vacation. Before going we had many not so great reviews and were nervous about what we'd experience. There were of course little things that could be improved with the resort, but you will find that anywhere. With such a large property in such wet conditions its impossible to keep on top of everything all of the time. Everyday there was staff upkeeping the property, so the pride was evident. What made the trip, however, was our butler José. Before we arrived he had already been in contact with us. Any issues that came up he was very prompt in addressing them and personally making sure it was rectified or we were helped. He was super friendly and made the stay even better. 10/10."
