"The service and staff were top notch, very helpful and friendly. We used the pool, hot tubs, spa, and game/kids room. We didn't use the playground bc it snowed. FYI: Internet is spotty, i'm guessing bc the entire hotel is sharing 1 satellite service."

"There was little on the free breakfast compared to last year. A double deposit for one room because we added a day. Now a charge of 79 dollars was added to my card after we left. Checking in and out was difficult. "

"It was easily accessible to our final destination. Nice staff. What was irritating were some of the guests weren't versed in common consideration once is was later in the night. Person upstairs stomped all over the floors until midnight. People next door had their tv volume waaay to loud as these were adjoining rooms if needed and wasn't separated by a wall."

"The staff is absolutely amazing! Very fun experience. Fresh homemade donuts delivered to your door in the morning! Loved the soft serve ice cream! Coffee at from dear very tasty! The room was large and very clean! I would definitely recommend and will be returning next time we go to the snow!"
