"Our family had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect home away from home. The kids absolutely loved the private dock – they spent hours kayaking. The house was spacious enough for all of us to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and the dining area had the most gorgeous lake view – we lingered over dinner just to soak it all in. The hot tub was a hit with everyone! It was the perfect way to relax together under the stars.The host was wonderful – super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This home gave us so many beautiful family memories, and we can’t wait to come back again."

"We stayed there for one week and it way AMAZING. The cabin is super cute and it has a great view from the balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You’ll see lots of deers around the house. It is great for a getaway vacations. "

"Didn’t get to go in at The check in time of 4 o’clock the floors were being mopped at 4 and we had to wait about 45 minutes Till the floors dried. Over all was pretty clean some of the shutters were a little dirty "

"Our family of seven used this home for exploring and hiking Yosemite. This home is clean, has comfortable furnishings, and a great view of the lake! The kitchen appears to be well furnished but we only ate a light breakfast here before leaving early each morning. On the fourth day of our stay we ate lunch at the Country Club, rented a sailboat and enjoyed the beach in this gated community. It was"

"The good, bad, and ugly. My comments are based on the cost vs. value exchange. First Pine Mountain Lake is the hidden gem very few know about. The location on the water is good and in a private cove. The assortment of games/ ping pong/pool provides good entertainment. The kitchen had all the tools and even supplied propane. The bad is we may have been the first rental of the season, and we had to replace 4 light bulbs (the lights in the living room and kitchen are inadequate) the GFI reset in the garage (once you found it) did not work, the grill was dirty, and the large deck (recently upgraded!) and furniture covers were not cleaned before arrival. The driveway down to the home is steeper than Filmore Street in SF with a scary turn and decent. The upstairs air conditioning did not cool properly compared with the rest of the home. The ugly. Two items: despite incurring a substantial cleaning fee, the checklist for leaving the property essentially asked the guest to do ALL the cleaning, garbage, and dishes except for the linens/sheets. Second, I was confirmed twice by Red Awning, paid for a pet, denied by Yosemite Region Resorts, then submitted ESA paperwork, and again denied as they were no longer allowing ESAs. This was due to confusion about the terms/conditions of Red Awning vs. Yosemite Resorts. Overall this was a good experience. Fix these the issues mentioned, install a few upgrades, provide better pricing, and we may rent for a week."
