"From the moment we stepped in, we felt like we arrived home. Every single person in the staff, starting with Pilar (the hotel manager) was welcoming, friendly and super resourceful! The most amazing gesture was that, knowing we were celebrating a milestone birthday, they surprised with birthday decorations and cake in the room.
