Although it looks like a 4 star hotel, it’s actually a 3 star disguised with pretty facilities. The rooms although look nice, are uncomfortable, lack basic amenities (trash can in the bathroom, more than two towels, hard beds), and ours had the fire alarm on top of the bed, so all night we had a flash over our heads interrupting our sleep. We were suppose to have a wine bottle as a welcoming gift as part of the Expedia VIP access, and didn’t get it in any of the two stays we had booked. The first night, we were sent to and occupied room, we asked three times for an extra towel (we were three people) and never arrived. It should be advertised as a 3 stars hotel.

If your a tourist just be self aware when there is some kind of money exchange for service especially at night, I had not the best experience due to not understanding a business operation policies . But this hotel is very safe and accommodating to all guest,I was given a room in poor conditions and staff made sure I was upgraded immediately without hesitation witch changed my perspective on how this business operates.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome when we arrived. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with excellent bed quality," The hotel offered great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again. I find the location really nice! The famous Handshake speakeasy is literally in our lobby! Also there is a Casa Tono is just arround the corner, I go there for lunch and dinner a few times! Love the location and everything.

Im on vacation and these people are nocking on my door early morning every day. Then 2 more ppl come do the same on the sane day!!?? Cafeteria waiters WERE HORRIBLE!! Did have an issue with check in with a front desk lady, on my second night my key stopped working… when inquiring they said I was checked in incorrectly. My room had some issues, as a solo traveler I brought it up with the front desk. The staff was accommodating. No other major issues. Very comfortable bed and spacious. Overall might stay again.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. More like 2.5-3. Did not have basic amenities and towels in our room. Flush plug was not working. Dirt around the edges. Shower stall flooded into the bedroom. Called for towels and it took me 3 times to follow up. Never staying here again. Just very mediocre to bad.

- Great location - Great property, but not 4 star - Hallways show signs of considerable wear and tear - Rooms are fine, but not 4 star - A lobby bar would be great, the restaurant is not vibrant and isn't good for a snack/drink only - Great staff - Due to no lobby bar or casual place for a drink; we were interested in checking out the 'Speakasy' attached to property. We were unable to get in and hotel has no 'pull' (this is unusual in my experiences previously - for example, Rose Bar at Gramercy in NYC) - This feels like more of a 'conference' hotel
