"I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"The location is center of the city. So we could walk to several museums, plaza, and shops. The staffs are all friendly and professional. I especially loved their fully served breakfast and cafe where we grabbed sandwiches and coffees without extra charge. I will stay here again if I will be back to Mexico City. "

"Beautiful historical area right behind the cathedral. Beautiful architecture and lovely staff. Our room was tiny (think cruise ship tiny) but clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to many shops, historical sites, restaurants, etc. High police presence so the area felt safe. "

"Very nice hotel and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Rooftop patio has a great view and pool, and the location is prime! Not a big fan of the Queen room for a couple as the wall that separates the bathroom from the bedroom doesnt go all the way, so if you get up to visit the bathroom at night the light and sound will wake your partner up"
