"We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night."

"Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "

We got a very small and very dark room with a small window facing some back ruins while our friends got a room which was twice bigger, brighter, with a nicer bathroom and view for the same price. "I stayed here my last 2 days in Marrakesh after my family departed. I decided to have a few solo days and this was the most perfect Riad for this. It was tucked away from the busy sucks but close enough to walk. I felt safe being there as well as walking the streets around. I would absolutely recommend Les Borjs de Kasbah if you are looking for a riad in Marrakesh. The food and service was great. The director, Tom, was kind and made sure to introduce himself.
