"It was an unbelievable experience, everything curated in every single details, best staff , everyone super kind and helpful. The staff organized beautiful surprise upon our arrival for mt husbands 30th birthday, cake , wine , roses , and a beautiful message. Just to recap : The hotel is beautiful , service excellent. Additionally another thing standing out for us was the woman working at Concierge , she helped us defining our routes and plans for the days in Marrakech. Nothing to add everything was absolutely perfect ."

"Sublime property from entrance, to lobby, hallways, restaurants, spa, pool, and magnificent gardens! The rooms are exquisitely appointed, terraces sizable and perfect for breakfast or an evening tea or cocktail. The staff is impeccable, from head to toe, and in manner and knowledge. Loved our stay!"

"Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed what was on offer. "

"We’ve had the most wonderful short break at Es Saadi Palace, wishing we could stay for longer. Every part has been 5*: breakfast has every hot & cold option possible; delightful rooms & we appreciated an upgrade to a stunning suite with multiple indoor / outdoor places to relax. Though end January, great weather allowed relaxing in the sun by outdoor heated pool during the day & evenings using hotel’s spa, both welcome antidotes to the bustle of the souks which are a leisurely 25min stroll away. But what makes a Hotel is the staff, at Es Saadi Palace they are the friendliest and most helpful we could’ve wished for, every request, in every part of the hotel, was met with a warm & positive response. No hesitation in giving 5* review with a hope to return. "
