"A lovely retreat. A great place to center yourself. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Only one piece of advice to those considering this hotel. If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. I found that the hours were not always consistent with several hotels in Morocco. Enjoy!! "

"Stayed in Villa 14 & it was amazing. The service daily, the chef and the property were all immaculate. It’s great even for American standards. My only precaution would be if you’re afraid of bugs and the occasional lizard have someone else with you. As a kid I always dealt with this in a rural town so it didn’t bother me but surely a city slicker may find it problematic. All of the staff were top notch."

"The property is 20mins out of Marrakech surrounded by building sites that’ll be finished in about 6years. "The worst experience in my whole life. The owner I'd rude and demands payments for services not rendered. Appeared to me like a conduit for unsuspecting clients to be siphoned off their cash. Once you check in, upon realizing it is not as advertised and you attempt to check out, the owner threatens to impose some charges not stipulated in the reservation. Avoid like a plaque."
