"This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. "We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night."

"Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "

"family of four with two young children 8 and 6, location was ideal, hotel and staff were great,2 palaces close by and the souks and main djema el fina also close by, everything within 15minute walk,i would go back there again,only little was price of meals at the hotel are expensive,besides that excellent,overall worth a visit,phillipe and his staff were great also very friendly and polite,their service and cleanliness of hotel is why i give them 9 out of 10,keep up the good work"
