"The accomodation was excellent, the staff was excellent, breakfast was very good. Youssef booked our excursions and an amazing Hammam experience (where the staff were treated well and they took amazing care of us - 4 hand massage recommended!). We also booked a dinner at the Riad. The lanb aubergine tajine was incredible (who knew I loved aggplant?). We walked everywhere. Wandering thru the markets on the way to Jemma al Fna was fascinating and an easy walk. Highly recommend!"

"This resort was absolutely incredible! From the check-in service to the rooms and lobby decor and comfort. The breakfast variety was terrific as well. Besides that, their artistic lounge and variety of bars/restaurants was also fantastic. Outside of the resort, there is a mall at walking distance and the medina isn't too far away either with taxis easily available too. The only thing I'd like to highlight as negative is that the outdoor pool is not heated and we went in December so it was impossible to use the facility. As for the indoor pool, it was heated but charged at £20~ which was again not ideal. "

"Beautiful Riad and fantastic staff, led by Damien who is very helpful and knowledgable. All services offered if you want them, with no pressure at all. Lovely roof terrace where a great breakfast is served and where you can relax and have a beer or a G&T and watch the sunset whilst listening to the evening call to prayer from the mosques! Good location close to Bahia palace. Highly recommend Riad Al Ksar. "

"The staff was so helpful and the Riad very lovely. So many nice personal touches. Room design could have been a little roomier around the bed/bathroom, but quiet and comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk or so to restaurants, but nice to be away from the hustle and bustle deeper in the medina."

"We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night."
