"When we first arrived in Marrakech, the chaos was a little overwhelming. We dipped through the streets and when we arrived at Samsli we were greeted warmly by Soufiyan with mint tea and biscuits. "Perfect from start to finish, I can't fault the Riad at all. Pierre was on hand via WhatsApp at all times to help with anything from tourism tips to taxis and Mohammed and Fatima were always on hand whenever we needed anything. "Just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Kaiss. Immediately we found the Riad to be a welcoming , comfortable and luxurious place. The Riad itself is full of design features that keep surprising you the more you look around . Food was tasty and the breakfast a delight but this is all eclipsed by the staff employed here. Everybody was cheerful and friendly . The reception team of Mohammed and Gigi go above and beyond to make sure your day will run smoothly by organising trips and taxis etc....

"Great stay at this riad. Prepare to stay in firmer beds in Marrakech if you don't book a western chain hotel! The service was fantastic fron Mumin (I hope I have this correct) genuine and kind soul!
