"Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."

"I have travelled quite a bit and all over the world and I can honestly say this is the very best travelling accommodation experience I have ever had. From the absolute perfect and beautiful taste of the decor in the Riad, to the extra care taken to provide both hospitality and practical guidance, to the friendliness and care from the staff, to the location- a quiet retreat from the fullonness of Marrakesh but a 5min walk to excellent restaurants, the southern end of the souk, and the range of historical sights in the Mellah area. The Hammam and massage was excellent and the morning breakfasts everything you'd want. Thankyou so much to Laurence, Said and team... we will definitely be back Inshallah!"

"The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience. "

"This resort was absolutely incredible! From the check-in service to the rooms and lobby decor and comfort. The breakfast variety was terrific as well. Besides that, their artistic lounge and variety of bars/restaurants was also fantastic. Outside of the resort, there is a mall at walking distance and the medina isn't too far away either with taxis easily available too. The only thing I'd like to highlight as negative is that the outdoor pool is not heated and we went in December so it was impossible to use the facility. As for the indoor pool, it was heated but charged at £20~ which was again not ideal. "
