"The property was very clean. Even though there was a foul smell on day one, the apartment was cleaned and the smell issue was addressed quickly. Our friends visited the apartment to spend an evening together. They were asked to submit their passports for record keeping. When questions were asked about data protection, the front desk person was unable to answer and felt irritated. Our guests felt uncomfortable during this conversation. "The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience. "
