"First assigned room had not been cleaned after previous guest, leaving bed un-made and used towels behind. Front desk promptly assigned alternate room which was clean, though furniture upholstery was badly worn (also true of first room), bathroom faucet was loose and sink stopper was inoperable so sink did not drain properly."

"Room was not sound proof. Heard next door neighbors talking, dog barking, doors slamming, TV early at 5:30 am. Bathroom shower was dirty."

"The service was good the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was no continental breakfast. There was a bistro that was not open at the time of our stay.. the hotel was in a good location, close to good amenities. There was a problem with the computer when checking in though. We had to have a second key made. Because the first one didn't after we left the hotel and csme back it wouldn't open the door. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Chuck and Life made our check-in process quick and enjoyable. Chuck gave us honest reviews and suggestions for dining options nearby. Unfortunately, we didnt get a chance to eat or drink at the hotel but i have heard that the food there is awesome. We were going out to meet a friend or else we would have tried it. When there was a slight mix up, they personally saw to it that we were taking care of. Awesome hotel. I would definitely stay again! "

"The room was clean. The only complaint was the room was too cool for us. Could not move thermostat higher than 71. Maybe extra blankets in the room would have helped."
