"This hotel was awesome. We left a figurine there after packing and repacking our luggage for the 3rd time. The housekeeper, Ebony, turned it in. Once we got home and realized we had left it there, i called the hotel directly and we were able to work out a plan to get it home. Thank you Ebony and GM Myra. The room was clean, smelled nice.
