"We loved the swings, play room, slides and convenience store. Did not like the app which sent us walking all the way around the property to get from one kids pool to other. Also did not like the wrist band keys or the card keys as neither of them worked to get into the rooms on multiple occasions and to get out of the parking. Pretty annoying. We had 3 sets of cards and wrist bands. Only one worked. Had to consult check in which recoded keys but still didn’t work. So it was a pain. Also the...

Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked.
