"We had a great ocean view from our upstairs studio. It was very spacious. The very short walk to the beach was perfect. Parking on the street or in the nearby parking lot was easy. The studio had an air conditioner but we left it off and opened the windows for a wonderful breeze. "

"Mahalo Pam for the best vacation in Maui! We love your aloha spirit and your Cosy Treehouse is absolutely spectacular, tranquil and beautiful! An amazing place to stay in Kihei! "The location is great the view is fantastic. The place it’s self is very outdated. Price is right. Needs an all around cleaning from top to bottom. You get what you pay and the place is listed cheaper than all others Property owners is on the spot with communication. The unit has no door number. Fridge and light fixtures are rusted everywhere needs paint unit feels run down. It Is a great place if all you care about is a place to sleep."

"The place was absolutely stunning. I was amazed by the abundance of amenities available. My partner and I had a blast riding the waves on the best boogie boards and woke up at 6 a.m. three times to swim with the turtles. We never needed to rent anything from the local shops. The beach towels were excellent. If you're a beach lover, this place will be perfect for you. My partner and I had a hard time saying goodbye. It was incredibly comfortable and surreal. "This was our second stay at this condo. The location is great for walking the nearby beaches and for getting to all of the fun and exciting adventures on the island. The condo is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially watching the beautiful sunsets. Aloha"

"The beach is the absolute star of the show. Love the different pools and landscaping throughout the property. Some areas need a little repair with some walkways with missing or crumbled stones. The pools were open until 10pm which was so nice but towels were not available poolside after 5pm. You had to go upstairs to the valet which was odd and inconvenient. I noticed that used glasses and debris were left in sitting areas, lobby, walkways, for lengthy amounts of time. The room itself was well situated, had a nice view, and a beautiful large bathroom. The room was very clean and housekeeping services were excellent although the room decor could use an update. The biggest asset of this resort is the staff. In all areas we found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and enjoyable. A special mention to the front desk, Carolina, she was super. Shopping is a short walk from the resort."
