"Everything you needed is there on the property. The only thing I wish they had was a shuttle bus. Unless you have transportation, you have to take a taxi. Other than that the concierge the staff were great. I did miss having Poi at the luau. "

"The pools are the main highlight, with lots of chairs and space for everyone. The pool bar is a nice option and they had music in the restaurant a few nights. The restaurant food is just ok with the service being just ok as well. The staff were not overly friendly and rarely smiled. The pools get really loud with kids playing so it’s something to consider if you are not traveling with children. Parking was an issue as the garage was under construction.
