"Located between two beaches (within walking distance) in quiet Hāna, this picturesque beach house was the perfect setting for a peaceful family vacation for 7 people. "This charming cottage in Hana takes one back in time to another era where life was a little less complicated. It's a good example of how a seemingly simple little home that is nicely cared for can be all one needs.The home and grounds exemplify Feng shui, in perfect alignment with neighbouring pastures and the nearby ocean. One looks forward to returning after a full day of exploring and just being.The home does have some critters like a couple geckos and the odd spider that somehow sneak in past the screens. The signs of life are a welcome sign, I'm grateful the owners don't spray the place to death like other rentals. The property is on the "highway" but it's barely noticeable. The home is very quiet and peaceful, except for the sounds of nature (like crickets at night). The location can not be beat. You're just slightly out of town in an absolutely beautiful area, but 3 minutes from the beach.If you're considering staying in Hana, you'll be delighted with this choice. Don't make the mistake of staying for too short a period. Hana has so much to enjoy."

"OK this place can be a little tricky to find in the dark, but the sign and address number lights up well in your headlights. The Google and Waze app are about 100 feet off from the entrance. After that, it was about three blocks back to the place. We parked and got in with no problem. Cozy bed, and great showers and bathroom. And other amenities. We were exhausted after our long journey on the road to Hannah and this was just perfect for a budget to be able to stay in Hāna. The bonus was hearing a nice short hard rain and then all the wonderful birds in the surrounding forest start singing. Very cool experience too wrap up. Day, one on the road to Hāna I would definitely stay here again. As you also are very close to the national park entrance for the black sand beach. "

"I chose this listing because it was on a flower farm and seemed in a quiet area. I never saw an actual flower farm but was immersed in the landscape. We were the only guests around and it was peaceful. It rained each night and morning we were there. The only negative for me was no air conditioning. I guess I missed that part in the listing. The host was very responsive and sent me information a month ahead. This cottage is also centrally located to many things to see and do! "
