Cons: The property has limited parking. The bedsheets and carpet are not clean and smelled bad. We changed our initially allotted room because of stinking kitchen sink. Pros: On the sands of the beautiful kahana beach. Great sunset view. Close to the west coast must see spots.

Such a great place! I was looking to stay for only 2 days in Maui so I chose this but what a surprise! Right on the beach and an ocean view room with kitchenette. Sunsets are amazing! We had a newly renovated room and everything was overall great with ONE MAJOR caveat. I think they got the mattresses from Guantanamo. The pull out sofa is WAY more comfortable than the bed. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete with a thin pad on top. So if you can deal with that then this is the place to stay! I would love to come back but will probably sleep on the pull out next time…

This is a beach front property that’s why we booked it. The view of the sunset in the balcony is stunning! The room’s nice, but i thought it was a weird layout as the bed is right next to a fridge and kitchen. Smart TV and fast internet is a plus. My only complain is the check in process, the lady at the front did not do a great job. That part should have been improved. Confusion w/ parking passes etc. everything should have been taken cared off when we checked in. But the lady made us come back ay 8am but we’re leaving at 6:30am for Road to Hana and no one again after 5pm. Other than that, the property is in a great location.

The property is situated on a gorgeous stretch of beach. There are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, a large hot tub and a pool. Sitting in the hot tub and watching the beautiful sunsets was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for us. Not a fancy resort but everything we needed. 3rd floor corner unit for our 30th, and they accommodated our early check in. The bed was the worst part. The floor might have been softer, but with that view, it was worth it! Also didn't care for the locals blasting their truck music with us. It must be a nice place for them to hang out. Other than their after work festivities, it was pretty quiet. This was my second stay. I'd come back for a third.

The view of the ocean is priceless, I love waking up right in front of the beach. They have a little pool and lounge area and a jacuzzi for their guests. No dining option available within the building but there are some on the nearby condominiums. The front desk young lady offering tours is extremely friendly and helpful.
