"Staff was amazing and friendly! Thanks to Lusi K and Susie for accommodating us to the ocean view room we had booked, we had an amazing experience! Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked.
