"Everyone was so friendly and had no issues at all. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain, but still enjoyed all of the wonderful people we met! Check in was very smooth and no issues with our room! Building #2. Went to coco beach to do some shopping and used uber. Was worth the trip. Food was okay, if you are not a picky eater. I do not eat meat, so it was a bit of an issue there. Otherwise no complaints!"

"The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. "

"Nice Villa, close to pool, has everything you need for a great vacation. We wore shoes in the villa as the floors were dirty. Complex is very hilly and this villa sits up higher away from the beach with Great sunset views! There are shuttles to take you to the beach area. We did have visits from local cats, raccoons and a baby skunk."
