"Our stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every restaurant on the property delivered delicious food—yes, even the buffet! The Italian and Mexican restaurants especially stood out, serving us some of the best dishes we’ve ever had. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the incredible service. Josue from the cabanas went above and beyond—his attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care made us feel truly pampered. Our personal agent, Daniel, was another standout. He was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable—planning our trip with him was a joy, and we felt so well taken care of during our first time in Costa Rica. On our final night, we had an unforgettable dinner at the Sunset restaurant thanks to Jonathan. He created a personalized and delicious dining experience and was so personable, kind, and attentive. His service was the perfect way to end our trip. We also want to shout out Steven, Sofia, and Cristian at Sunset—each of them was so warm and helpful, adding to the incredible experience. We have to mention though, every single staff member we came in contact with was friendly, kind, funny and helpful. We had the best time during our first visit to Costa Rica and would recommend Planet Hollywood to all of our friends and family. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"We had an amazing time at Villa Nambi. Matt and Emily think of everything. The staff was phenomenal and took great care of us and also were a helpful set of eyes watching the kids in the pool. We also used the provided villa boats three times and caught a massive amount of fish and had a day of snorkeling and water sports. I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons Papagayo which was very good, but Viridian far surpasses it.We are already planning our return trip.!"

"Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!"

"We stayed at Casa Tres Monos for 5 days. The house and property are AMAZING! Beautiful views of the pacific and the most gorgeous sunsets. The house is so BIG and beautifully decorated. The views of the ocean from every room make for the most relaxing stay. AND the beds and linens are so soft and luxurious. Oh...and the pool was so great. The water temp perfect and the pool itself is huge and very kid friendly if you have little ones. Nice shallow parts of the pool perfect for playing in the water. Mariel was great to work with to set up the vacation. Rebecca, our concierge, is so very kind and sweet and was so attentive to anything we needed. She always responded so quickly to all our requests. She helped us set up a private chef through Chef 4U and I highly recommend them. The food was amazing! If you are considering a trip to Costa Rica I HIGHLY recommend staying at Casa Tres Monos. The ultimate luxury vacation!! We will definitely stay at this house AGAIN! 5 STAR STAY!!!!!"
