"There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one. None of this spoiled my stay, just little quirks that I hope it's useful to know about! Staff were excellent!"

"The staff was extraordinarily helpful--I cannot compliment them enough. Fabulous location, beautiful facility. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower wasn't so great. After volunteering for two weeks at an albergue on the Camino, I was so excited to use the luxurious looking bathroom. It was beautiful, but the shower didn't live up to my expectations."

"A great hotel that is conveniently located. It’s reasonably close to Atocha train station (15 - 20 minute walk) and there’s also a subway stop practically on the doorstep. Very comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing, the towels were plush, the bathroom lighting was great."
