Hotel is in excellent condition and well maintained. Location is perfect! We were able to walk to meeting places for all of our tours and Flamenco show. Excellent dining options and more than enough shopping within walking distance. This hotel is highly recommended by us!"

"We liked the location of the property close to a Royal palace and other attractions. Good dining options nearby and felt safe. The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean and good facilities overall."

"The hotel is located right beside the central square of Madrid “Puerta del Sol”. It is a very busy area but our room was quiet and we could t hear anything from outside. Hallway noise could be heard easily inside the hotel however. The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom. The sleeping area was usual size for a European hotel (ie small by North American standards). The bed was comfortable enough but I found I had to switch sides frequently during the night to relieve some pressure...

Walkable to all the main tourist hotspots in Madrid - the Palacio Real, the Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, el Sobrino de Botín, churros, and more churros.
