Beautiful property and room, superb service, great food and breakfast, area is amazing to walk around, lots of cool stores and restaurants, close to everything. I definitely recommend it and will go back every time I go to Madrid!!

This property is beautiful and unique; every public space is gorgeous and well laid out. The breakfast rooms are particularly lovely and the elevators and lobby areas are also very unique and memorable. Breakfast buffet is excellent, very impressive assortment for all eating types. Great location for dining and shopping around Chueca and Salamamca. Rooms are nicely appointed, I particularly love the fresh flowers in the room,which is a very nice touch, shower products, bathroom amenities like a straightening iron were excellent and room decor were nicely done. Good soundproofing also. However, the beds and bedding are horrible. The bed is like sleeping on a brick and the pillows don’t even qualify to be called a pillow, they are like hard little flat pucks and the duvet is thin and not inviting at all. Horrendous considering the point of being there is to have somewhere nice to sleep. Sadly I would not return to the property because of the bedding. If this was improved I would definitely return.

This was the best hotel experience I ever had. I will never stay anywhere else. The hotel felt like home to me. Smiling faces from everyone who works there. The food was the best food I’ve ever had. The shower was amazing. The interior design was exquisite. And the location can’t be beat. I was so sad to leave and I’m going to count down the days till I’m there again.

The hotel is wonderful. A very prety building with a lot of nice places. Bar. Coffe Shop. Restaurant. Very good breakfast. You can walk or take a taxi to go around very easy. The only bad thing is that housekeeping doesnt speak Spanish or English and they clean the room at 2 o 3 oclock.
