Amazing hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Considering it’s a stone’s throw from the Grand Via, we thought it would be noisy, but not at all. The staff were so courteous and helpful and the little touches like remembering I am dairy intolerant and bringing out Soya milk for me and the bottle of champagne for my birthday were amazing.
