I had an incredible stay Hotel Atlantico during my recent trip to Madrid. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a seamless check-in experience and helpful local tips. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right on Gran Vía and within walking distance of major attractions like Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, and Plaza Mayor. Public transport is also easily accessible, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep despite being in the city center. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. Overall, Hotel Atlantico exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Madrid.

For this class of the property it would be nice to have a cattle or coffee machine in the room. It is a shame to charge the guests for cup of tea other than a black tea! The breakfast was very average and the service at the breakfast cafe was pure… the tables were not cleaned and we had to look for the personnel to get the table cleaned. The property is conveniently located , short walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed, excellent service at reception.

Could not have ask for a better place to stay. Great location, the staff was outstanding, extremely clean and the breakfast was amazing for the price. My wife got sick a few days before we were to leave, so we decided to stay three additional days. Even though the hotel was packed, they accommodated us and let us stay in the same room for no additional up charge. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Definitely a 4 star.
