"I was given a smokers room so I asked the clerk to switch out. She said.no because I booked through hotels.com/expedia nothing could be done. I would have to book through motel 6 nest time. So we got to the room and it was horrible! Reeled of years of smoke,hole in bathroom door. The final insult was the bed. The springs were poking through the mattress. It was like a bed of nails. ! "The guest service person was excellent! Helpful and professional! The outer exterior looked promising but as we enter the unit we were very disappointed in the furnishings. Tried to make it modern but did so with cheap materials. Bed had springs that made noise on every movement. The sheets were discolored and had holes and stains on the top cover. No shampoo or shower wash. Towels need replacing as grey and rough . Bleached to the point of fraying ! Only good part was the staff. The upgrades...

"We couldn’t have been happier with this hotel! We had the 2 bedroom and it was clean with the latest amenities. It was extremely spacious for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). The kitchen is a nice size and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the game room and the heated pool. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s literally a block away from all the restaurants and shops. You can walk to everything which is nice because then you don’t have to try to find a parking spot. We looked at a lot of other hotels and I’m so glad we decided on this one. We wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately they were booked up and had to stay at a different hotel which wasn’t even half as nice as this one. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Bluegreen again. We won’t book anywhere else! "
