Check in was fast and easy. The carpets throughout hotel were really filthy, hallway and room were very dark. In the room itself the furnishings were ok, carpet also very dirty. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. I loved the use of the Dove soap/shampoo in room. If carpet was clean I could have liked hotel. We had the breakfast there twice. First morning at 0800 they had no food restocked-no rolls, reg. Coffee, eggs, yogurt, ect. We couldn’t see anyone to ask, and had somewhere to be, so we went without. Second morning at 0900 everything was well stocked and a worker was cleaning up around. I think with new carpets, better lighting, and coat of light color paint it would be very good.

The pool and hot tub was not "closed" but should have been! Dirty, gross! Public restroom closed, broken...fire alarm for no reason, ice machine on our floor broke, pancake machine broken, NEVER had this kind of problems at IHG, oh and when we arrived in room there was a bad odor , window open and an ozone machine running!?! We left it going and window open,we both had headaches when we woke up! Should have reported to front desk and found out what the order was but didn't!
