After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. ...
