"Hotel was exactly as advertised: clean, simple, inexpensive. Easily walkable to the tram or bus, walkable to NATO and Eurocontrol. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh bread and croissants. "

One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "Great location. Excellent breakfast included in the rate. Quiet. Comfortable. But be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, there is no lift and the rooms are on the third and fourth floors. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Leuven."
