"The property is very conveniently located. Lots of shops and transportation options in the area. Even though it’s in a busy area, the rooms were quiet. Staff were nice and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is situated a quick walk from the train station. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was comfortable. Our room was a bit colder than we would have liked, and turns out that you need to call for assistance in adjusting the thermostat (you don’t control it in the room). They assisted with that, and all was good! They also assisted with replacing a toiletry item forgotten at home. All is all, safe, clean and comfortable stay!"

"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. It was opened on Sunday night but I was not available. I went down on Monday night and it was closed again. You can still have a drink and bar food in the main foyer, but it is a different ambience. "Room very clean and comfortable. On one occasion when using the bar I visited the ladies toilet. Condition of toilet was quite frankly deplorable. We didn’t always get our tea and coffee replenished but I’m sure we would have if we had requested. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Brussels and within easy walking distance of the sights and pubs/restaurants."

"A perfect location for exploring Brussels, with the metro/tram station directly below the hotel. There are also lots of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep, and it’s just 5mins to the Grand Place. Rooms are well furnished and clean."
