"The hotel was perfect for visiting during the Christmas season as it’s located just off the Place de la Bourse where the main market is located. The room was spacious and very clean. "

"The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were large, had lots of storage, and were clean. They have a kitchenette available for those who wish to cook. The location is convenient to bars, restaurants, the Main square (Grand Place) with all the tourist related stores, and the train station. The main drawback is that the subway entrance, which is next door to the hotel, draws a large population of mentally ill and homeless people. If I were a female traveling alone I would not feel safe...

We didn’t always get our tea and coffee replenished but I’m sure we would have if we had requested. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Brussels and within easy walking distance of the sights and pubs/restaurants."

The front desk staff was hit or miss--one friendly guy and another somewhat surly guy."
