The location is great it is in the middle of everything you can walk to the Christmas markets shop, dine…The staff are very helpful and very welcoming it is the best hotel in the area . We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This is a great little hotel just one block off the central square in the old section of Brussels. The internal bar and restaurant are great and the location unbeatable. It was so quiet we struggled to get up before 9.00 each day. Really good comfort and warm as well (It was freezing outside). Highly recommended.

Had a pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly and professsional. Great location! Bathroom has seen better days with the bath/shower combination. There was some hair in the bath unfortunately…Some noice from outside as well.

Top notch hotel in a Great location
This hotel is centrally located, which makes it very easy to walk to many restaurants and sites. It is close to the train station, which makes a day trip to Bruges or Ghent quite doable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This is a wonderful property with great staff. Everyone who works for the hotel is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice ambiance as do the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The location is central to everything in Brussels for walking, though driving to the hotel from outside the city can be a bit tricky. I do wish they had coffee in the room, but the room service was fast and reasonably priced for a pot of Java. We will certainly stay here again next time we visit Brussels.

Staff are nice, they go out of their way to help customers! Facility is clean! Location is right next to central plaza. the best belgian waffle is right next to the hotel, not to mention the chocolates!
