"My brother and I absolutely love this property! It was a 3 minute walk away from the train station. 5 mins walk away from a grocery store & casino. The room was exceptionally clean. Do not be intimidated by the stairs. The check in went really smooth so was the check out. My brother and I would definitely be back here with our parents and we both highly recommend this property to our friends and family who needs a hotel in Brussels! "

"This is a great little hotel just one block off the central square in the old section of Brussels. The internal bar and restaurant are great and the location unbeatable. It was so quiet we struggled to get up before 9.00 each day. Really good comfort and warm as well (It was freezing outside). Highly recommended."

"Enjoyed our stay, we've previously stayed next to Grand place so we wanted to try a new area and see a different part of Brussels. Though its still walkable to Grand place. The men at the security desk seemend nice and welcoming. Reception staff were ok but I think its more of a European thing where it can be a hit or miss. Our room was excellent and clean thanks to housekeeping. Hotel is close to metro stations if you want to travel elsewehere but otherwise you have everything you'd need...

"The property is wonderfully located. It is a nice historic house and the bedroom and bath are very spacious. The problem for us was that the tub is a high step over the rim and the shower is only hand held. Since my husband has double knee replacement, this was a problem and providing a step stool would have made life easier. Although I like a chilly bedroom at night, it was also quite cold during the day. The owner seemed quite put out that we mentioned these problems."

"This place is classy. The staff is helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. I had to bring the ratings down due to the tininess of the rooms and shower. It was difficult to navigate the room with your average luggage. The shower stall was so compact, it was difficult to bend down and.wash your lower body without hitting your head. For the price paid, I expected more space in the room and the bathroom. "
