The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance of all the main sites and Christmas markets. The breakfast options were ok but fairly standard. The rooms were clean but standard, but for the price you pay, I think it’s perfect

I stayed here for 6 nights with my family for our winter break. The location of this hotel is pretty awesome. There are plenty of restaurants options available. The Carrefour supermarket was just around the corner. The subway stop De Brouckère was also a short 5 minute walk. It is probably a 10 minute walk or less to Brussels Centraal station which gave us easy assess to the airport & other cities like Ghent, Antwerp & Bruges. But the best is its proximity to the Christmas Markets & Grand Place.

The toilet in the room did not flush properly. Reported three times and not rectified. Reception staff did not have a good command of English and did nothing to solve our problem in the room. Good location and average breakfast. So many hotels in Brussels so I would not stay there again.

The staff are excellent. The pool is nice. Rooms are okay, but a bit worn. The toilets squeak and make you wonder if it’s going to fall off of the wall. It was odd. And the bathroom shower looked like it might have a small amount of mold on the ceiling. It served its purpose overall.

Spacious rooms, modern, quiet, with all the necessary amenities, and good size closet. Walking distance from many great restaurants, bars, and shopping stores. The check in and checkout are both easy, staff friendly and speak English fluently. Hotel provides umberellas to rent (2 euros for 48hr), which was a great option considering both days we were there it was raining. Will stay here for sure next time travell8ng to Brussels.
